Motokross became a popular sport in Oshmyanschina, men and women of different ages who arrived from Russia, Lithuania and Latvia took part in the championship. All of them are united by the desire for victory, in spite of any obstacles, whether it is adverse weather conditions or cool turns on the highway.
The founder and sponsor of the competition was the Oshmyansky district executive committee. The championship was opened by the chairman of the district executive committee. Oshmyany Yuri Adamchik.
Numerous motorsport lovers welcomed the participants of the competitions, which were held according to motorcycle capacities, from 50 cubic meters. cm. and higher.
According to the results of two races on motorcycles of class 50 cubic meters. cm. The winner was the athlete from Minsk Kirill Kadorkin. The second place was taken by the young motorcyclist Vladislav Moshk from Moshka, the third – the Grodno motocrossman Anton Masalsky.
Race in the class of motorcycles 65 cubic meters. cm. The athlete from the OOS “DOSAAF” was won. Grodno Vitaly Makhnov. Then went Oleg Sergienko, a representative of the Minsk “sdutsh”.
Also, a competition was held in the Mini group, in which two Belarusian athletes Alexander Barkovsky and Evgeny Butkevich participated. But athletes from Moscow took three prizes.
One of the prize places got only one Oshmyansky participant in Moocross Ivan Misyukevich.
On the second day of the audience, a surprise was awaiting: the smallest participants left for the highway, among them five -year -old Stanislav Kashlyak. Already at such a young age, the makings of the rider are visible in him.
During the competition between athletes of motorcycles of class 185 cubic meters. cm. All those present had the opportunity to see a stubborn struggle with the fall of cars and injuries. Throughout the arrival, the leader was Oshmyan Mogrookrossman Yegor Gorlukevich, but unexpectedly, in the last round, Grodnets Vladislav Makhnov escaped ahead. He became the winner.
Also held competitions of motorcycles of the “hobby” class. Here, a confident victory was won by Yuri Lopukh, a master of sports of international class.
Athletes on quadaccles participated in the competition, the peculiarity of which is their great weight, although, of course. These are more stable cars. The athlete from Lithuania Lina Stanevichut adequately went through the track during two races, never once leaving the distance, and took 8th place from eleven.
The final of the championship was the presentation of the prize “For the will to win”, which was received by Yevgeny Sabirzyanov, and the prize of the audience sympathies went to Liina Stanevichuta.
